Every organisation using MyWishes Care needs at least one, assigned ‘Manager’. Once assigned the Manager can assign other Managers, The assigned managers are in charge of their MyWishes Care environment.
Managers are decide which colleagues have access to the organisations Advance Care Planning environment and the level of access each colleague should have. Some colleagues might for example, be assigned ‘read only’ access. This will allow them to view Advance Care Plans but not edit them. Others might be assigned ‘Read/Write’ access. This will allow them to view and edit Advance Care Plans
When someone joins an organisation’s team or leaves, the manager is easily able to revoke their access. Revoking access does not alter or delete any of the care plans or information that they had previously provided.
