The Importance of training
We will support you and your organisation to ensure that every person providing care planning is comfortable using our platform. Unlike many other services, we will visit you (UK only) and provide face to face support. This helps ensure that the focus will be the patient and not the technology used.
Training
NHS, Care Home, Hospice and Home Care professionals must feel comfortable and empowered before using a new software solution.
The responsibility for training and empowerment should fall upon the software and solution provider. Many care planning and EPR solutions are overly complex for the services they provide. If a solution is person-centred / person centric the training time required is drastically reduced.
Research also confirms that complex software is leading to care professionals leaving their job.
Our simple to use solution is provided with face to face training, video training and ongoing support.
We also provide 24/7 phone support when help is needed out of hours.
All training is provided for free.
How we can help
MyWishes Care is simple to use in order to make care planning easy for carers.
The platform is built using Gov.UK’s framework. This is the same framework used by the NHS.
By taking a simplistic approach and using an intuitive and familiar design system, the transition is easy.
Face to face and online training
Our training takes place both online and face to face.
We will visit you and your care organisation wherever you are based. We will train your colleagues until they are confident using the platform and supporting patients when doing so.
Everyone at MyWishes Care who provides training is fully DBS checked and certified.
