Our pricing is open and transparent. For all of our plans the costs incurred are only for current patients / residents.
When a patient / resident is no longer being cared for by your organisation, the costs incurred for them is reduced to £0.
In shrot, the patient / resident’s records and previously created care plans remain available at anytime at no cost.
We provide onsite and virtual training for all care providers at the start of each agreement. This is provided for free. We will stay nearby and will not leave you and your colleagues until they are using MyWishes Care in a confident and meaningful way.

Interoperability with third party systems
We are able to integrate MyWishes Care into any third party system and share records in realtime.
Our developers are also able to assist your organisation’s web managers and tech teams to to this (from their side).
The cost is dependent on the amount of days required for the system used.
White Label MyWishes Care
We can provide ICBs, large Care Home organisations or care provider outside of the UK with MyWishes Care on a white label agreement. This can include reworking the solution to better support the communities served and languages spoken.
Free Training
As part of our service and the costs outlined above, we provide free training and ongoing support.
This is delivered face to face within your place of care and pre-recorded training videos. We are also always here (24 hours a day) to provide over the phone and email support upon request.
It is important that each member of your team is familiarised with the MyWishes Care platform and confident documenting ‘what matters most’ to the communities you serve.
MyWishes Care’s simplistic and intuitive design means that most care professionals will not require much support to utilise the service.
Campaigning
We campaign for improved levels of care planning and provide thought leadership within this sector.
We work with the media, academia, policy makers and national organisations in order to do so.
Our work is largely focused in the UK however we have also worked with international organisations such as the European Law Institute and the European Association of Palliative Care, the Swedish Association for Palliative Care etc.
