If your organisation has been approved by us to use MyWishes Care, please click on the ‘Login To My Account’ button below.

The credentials you will need to enter are the one’s you created after receiving an invitation to use MyWishes by your care organisation.

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset using the email you registered with on this page.

If your organisation has not invited you to create an account

Please contact the relevant person at your organisation.

Only those assigned as ‘Managers’ (with administrative permissions) are able to invite and grant access to their organisation’s environment on MyWishes Care.

If your organisation does not use MyWishes Care

If your care organisation are not being supported by MyWishes Care, please click on the free trial button below.

If you do not have the authority to request a free trial, ask a suitable colleague if they think MyWishes Care is suitable for your care organisation.

Technical support

If you are already using MyWishes Care, please login to your account and enter your support query within the ‘Support’ section.

We will then address your question immediately and respond accordingly. If you would like to raise a technical support question and cannot access your account please use the button below

If you are currently being supported by MyWishes Care and require urgent, out of hours support please call 07868 823055.

We will assist you or your colleauge in order to resolve any issues that they are experiencing.
