Mobile and Tablet optimisation
We built MyWishes Care with mobile and tablet use as a core offering. This means that the user experience and user interface is seamless across all devices.
Many health and care professionals document ‘what matters most’ to patients and service users using tablets and mobile devices.
It is therefore paramount that this can take place within a secure and logical platform. Care planning platforms must not be over complicated. We often arge that the person being supported should be the care professionals focus, not the technology being used to document their wishes.
Artificial Intelligence support – What we do not do…
Artificial Intelligence support – What we do, do…
After obtaining consent from the person / patient, the cre professional can use a mobile device, tablet desktop or laptop can be used to record the person’s audio responses.
Recordings are saved as an audio file directly to the person’s / patient’s care record. They are also transcribed into text in realtime and inserted into the relevant care planning question fields.
For example when the question “What do you not want to happen” is asked, the response can be dynamically translated from audio into text within the care plan. At the end of the care planning conversation the text is confirmed by the professional and the person / patient.
AI is also used by professionals within MyWishes Care to obtain key pieces of information. This can be about a specific person / patient and accessed without viewing their Advance Care Plan. AI can also be used to get a better understanding as to how the care organisation is operating and the quality of care being provided.
